- New 30,000 sft charter school in existing, abandoned big box
- Extremely aggressive construction schedule, May 1st until August 1, 2013 (12 weeks) which involved very creative scheduling and multiple shift work
- Interior demolition of all walls and ceilings, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems
- Construction for a K-5 to 6th grade school designed to energy efficient standards utilizing skylights, high energy efficiency roofing, and HVAC and electrical systems
- Construction included cutting exterior walls for new windows, doors and cutting roof for addition of 19 skylights
- Interior design and construction adhered to the standard school design and finishes in South Carolina
